Common name: Blenny

Scientific name: Blenniella

Blenniella is a genus of combtooth blennies found in the Indo-Pacific region, known for their vibrant colors and active behavior. These small, elongated fish are popular in the reefkeeping hobby for their personality and algae-eating habits. They are generally peaceful but can be territorial. Blenniella species are excellent for controlling algae in the aquarium, but they require plenty of hiding spaces and a well-established tank with live rock for grazing.
