Dichocoenia is a genus of stony corals commonly found in the Caribbean Sea. These corals are known for their rounded colonies and can exhibit a variety of colors, often with a fluorescent hue. They are relatively hardy in a reef aquarium setting, but they do require stable water conditions and moderate lighting. Dichocoenia species are slow-growing and benefit from occasional feeding of planktonic foods. They are not aggressive and can be placed near other peaceful corals.
