These sharks are relatively small and are considered to be one of the more aquarium-friendly sharks due to their size and temperament. They are nocturnal and often spend the day hiding in crevices. In captivity, they require a large tank with plenty of hiding spots and a sandy substrate to mimic their natural environment.
